What to expect
Victoria Park is where history, art, and outdoor activity come together in the heart of Dubbo. Stroll through peaceful garden paths, enjoy a picnic by the duck pond, explore inspiring exhibitions at the Western Plains Cultural Centre, or get active at the skate park, fitness centre, or aquatic leisure centre. The all-abilities Victoria Park Play Space is a highlight for families, featuring a sensory dome, climbing blocks, wheelchair-accessible carousel, swings, in-ground mini-trampolines, and more. Facilities include accessible barbecues, toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, a war memorial (cenotaph), and a lookout. The park is also a popular venue for family gatherings, community celebrations, and civic events like Australia Day and ANZAC Day ceremonies. Whether you're after culture, play, or relaxation, Victoria Park offers a dynamic and inclusive space for everyone.
