In the Blay dairy, see how different it was to produce milk and cheese in yesteryear, an industry that has died out in the town. Take a walk down the hill to visit a shed filled with shearing equipment, an old car and other fascinating items from the past. Finally, visit the beautiful rose garden, which remembers many of Taralga's old-timers. Definitely, a place to visit, only 30 minutes from Crookwell.
