About this place
What to expect
Sublime Farm & Brewery is a distinctive live music, brewery and farm-stay destination in the Gympie region, set among the rolling hills and orchards of Kia Ora. Live music is at the heart of the Sublime experience, with a year-round program ranging from intimate local performances and piano sessions to ticketed concerts featuring acclaimed Australian artists. The relaxed rural setting combines quality live entertainment with craft beer brewed on site, food and genuine country hospitality. Visitors can extend their stay with self-contained camping and farm-stay accommodation on the property, creating a complete regional tourism experience rather than a single-day visit. Sublime also hosts weddings, private functions and special events, making use of its distinctive indoor and outdoor spaces. The property includes a working lime orchard, providing an authentic connection to the surrounding farming landscape and a strong sense of place. Its location also makes Sublime a convenient base for exploring Gympie, the Cooloola Coast, Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay and the Mary Valley. Sublime Farm & Brewery brings together live music, locally brewed beer, food, accommodation, events and a working farm in one destination, offering visitors a memorable and genuinely regional Queensland experience.
