By turning a few stones over you may uncover a fossil fish, squid, shark tooth, bivalve or giant marine reptile. Who knows, your discoveries may change how palaeontologist interpret Australia’s ancient past. Located a short 12 kilometers North of Richmond, the sites are accessible to all vehicles via fully sealed roads. Fossil Hunting Site permits, maps and guides are available at Kronosaurus Korner. **Camping is strictly prohibited at Fossil Hunting Sites.
