About this place
What to expect
This cemetery holds the remains of the Early Settlement inhabitants who arrived on Kangaroo Island in 1836. South Australia's oldest cemetery is now preserved, a reminder of Kingscote's early heritage. Many of the employees and descendants of the South Australia Company, which established Kingscote at Reeves Point, are buried in this cemetery.
