With guidance from the distillery team, visitors can experiment with a selection of botanical distillates before developing their own unique blend. Each guest creates a 200ml bottle of your own signature gin to take home, making the experience both hands-on and memorable. Set within the historic 23rd Street Distillery, the Gin Blending Experience offers a deeper connection to the craft of distilling and a unique taste of the Riverland.
