Flip Out is a large indoor trampoline arena and also features a foam pit, ball games and special events. If you're looking for an affordable way to get active and have fun, then look no further. Flip Out is great fun and good exercise for all ages, from littlies through to teens and even mum and dad! There are plenty of health benefits to jumping on trampolines such as improving bone density, increasing endorphins through the body, improving the lymphatic system and strengthening cells. However, the most basic reason people love it is that it is a lot of fun! This is an all-weather activity as the arena is indoors and open until late.
