What to expect
Overflowing with historical artefacts concerning the history and development of the Bathurst Region, the Bathurst District Historical Museum has changing regular exhibitions on historically relevant local themes. They also manage a Bookshop, Research Rooms, Old Government Cottage with its heritage garden and over 23000 items in their collection. The Society holds musters with a variety of guest speakers on the third Thursday of each month except for December and January. These talks are free and open to the public.
