What to expect
Your journey begins as you lay beneath an open sky, cocooned by stone walls and nestled in the body of the Earth. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork and immersive sounds, you will journey through the elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether - each inviting a different experience within your body. Grounding, flowing, activating, expanding and finally resting in spacious stillness beneath the vast night sky. You will experience the grounding beat of drums, complex overtones of symphonic gongs, ethereal harp and crystal bowls among the natural acoustics of the quarry amphitheater. When you pause beneath vast sky and lie next to ancient stone, something inside you recalibrates, the mind softens, the body settles, and perspective returns.
