What to expect
Whisky by the Bay is a day of whisky exploration.
Meet the makers, learn the stories behind each drop, and taste your way through some of Australia's top whisky offerings. The line-up features established distilleries creating some of Australia's best whisky, new players shaking things up, and independent bottlers bringing an international flavour. Rare tastings, drams and take home bottles available for purchase direct from the distiller.
Distilleries and independent bottlers include Killara, Heartwood, Backwoods Distilling Co, Kinglake Distillery, Furneaux Distillery, Noble Bootleggers, Loaded Barrel, Whisky and Alement Rare Bar, Corowa Distilling Co, Chief's Son Distillery, Timboon Distillery, Imbue Distillery, Starward, Bellarine Distillery, Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Sandy Gray Whisky, Bass and Flinders and Jimmy Rum.
The crew from ALMA will be bringing their food truck and South American-inspired cooking to Whisky by the Bay. If you know ALMA, you will know this is good news.
