What to expect
Winemaker Alex Sherrah presents a seated masterclass of his McLaren Vale wines at Bar Septimus in Adelaide's East End, with cheese to match. Guests taste through the range with the person who made it and hear how each wine came together. Seats are limited to twenty-four. Bar Septimus is a cheese and wine bar with a list built around French and Australian wine.
