What to expect
For World Champagne Day weekend, Bar Septimus pours a flight of three Champagnes, a grower blanc de blancs, a house Brut and a rosé, each matched with a French cheese. No booking is needed: the flight is available any time across the weekend, alongside Champagne by the glass. Bar Septimus is a cheese and wine bar in Adelaide's East End, with a list built around French and Australian wine and a counter of artisan cheese.
