What to expect
This October as part of the Orange Wine Festival, Philip Shaw Wines hosts local Chef favourite, Josie Chapman, fresh from her travels through Armagnac, France.
Drawing inspiration from the heart of French wine country and her training in Paris at the Alain Ducasse Culinary School, Josie will create a spectacular menu using the fresh spring harvest produce from the Orange region.
This dinner is a true celebration of terroir, pairing local seasonal flavours with a curated list of exceptional wines. Guests will experience pairings with wines from Philip Shaw and Hoosegg.
