Life and Line brings together painting and ceramics, exploring the simple connection between line, movement, gesture and form. From the flowing lines of clay to the marks across a painted surface, each work captures something of the hand, the material and the movement involved in making. Together, the works create a conversation between earth and air, control and chance, and the marks we make along the way.
