Move. Refresh. Connect. invites visitors to experience movement in the stunning natural surrounds of Cape Conran on Victorias far east coast.

More than just exercise, Move. Refresh. Connect. uses movement as a way to foster connection- to self, to nature and to community.

Set in the stunning surrounds of Cape Conran, participants are invited to move, breath and unwind while sharing an experience that brings people together in a meaningful way.

Following the session, participants are welcome to continue the experience with refreshing ocean dip before gathering for coffee, conversation and connection in the heart of Cape Conran.
