Following the tasting, guests are invited into the Heritage Vat Cellar for an intimate long table dinner. Acclaimed chef George Cooper creates a bespoke menu, thoughtfully paired with current, museum and large-format wines from Cape Mentelle's cellar. The evening highlights regional heroes such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a comprehensive tasting of both current and rare museum releases.
