What to expect
Burnt Ends & Friends offers a unique fireside dining experience at Wills Domain. Guests can enjoy food cooked over flame, paired with wines selected by winemaker Ely Jarvis. Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt, the talent behind Singapore's Burnt Ends, returns to Western Australia for this exclusive event. He is joined by pitmaster Rodney Scott, known for whole hog barbecue, Matt Abergel, celebrated for izakaya-inspired charcoal cooking, and Larissa Gonçalves, recognised as Western Australia's Breakthrough Talent of 2026. Local chefs Sergio Labbé and Jed Gerrard add their award-winning expertise and regional connection.
Visitors move between chef stations, tasting signature dishes and freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters. The relaxed, roaming format encourages guests to explore a variety of flavours, with additional wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
