About this event
What to expect
The lights are going up, the music is getting louder and over 300 Dance Express dancers are ready to bring the MECC stage to life!
DE LIVE! is more than a dance concert. It is an electrifying celebration of Mackay talent, packed with energy, colour, excitement and unforgettable entertainment for the whole family.
From our youngest Ready Set Dance performers making their stage debut to our Senior dancers taking their emotional final bow, every dancer has a moment to shine!
Get ready for award winning routines, spectacular costumes and an incredible variety of performances, including energetic hip hop, lively tap, beautiful ballet, contemporary, jazz, cheer and so much more. With huge production numbers, fun music interludes, illuminated wands and interactive moments throughout the show, the audience becomes part of the DE LIVE! experience too.
Come and feel the energy, celebrate the achievements of our incredible Dance Express kids and support the talented young performers within Mackay's local arts community.
Bring the whole family. Bring your loudest cheers. You won't want to miss this!
This is local talent. This is Dance Express. This is DE LIVE!
