About this event
What to expect
Ballarat local singer-songwriter Blue Ren and band return to Kilderkin Distillery to launch their new album.
Moody, authentic, and emotionally charged, Blue Ren invites listeners into her world. Based in Ballarat, the singer-songwriter writes with raw vulnerability and unflinching honesty, her storytelling cuts deep, offering a soundtrack to her unique life experience including the messy parts.
Blue Ren's sound is shaped by the emotive storytelling of iconic folk and alt-country artists like Jewel and Counting Crows, while her contemporary influences, including The Lumineers and dark folk sensation Paris Paloma bring a modern edge.
