A specially curated Christmas Sharing Menu brings together premium seasonal ingredients and Japanese-inspired flavours, perfect for celebrating with family and friends.
The experience includes:
Arrival with a glass of sparkling wine or a refreshing Yuzu Spritz, warm edamame with brown butter and house-made dashi, and mixed Japanese pickles.
Cold Selection featuring chef's sashimi selection with salmon, kingfish and tuna, Pacific oysters with finger lime and ponzu, fresh wasabi and yuzu soy.
Hot Starter with prawn and seasonal vegetable tempura and traditional tentsuyu dipping sauce.
Shared Mains including miso-glazed cod, wagyu beef tataki, chicken yakitori skewers, and steamed Japanese rice.
To Share: seasonal greens with sesame dressing and Japanese potato salad.
Dessert features matcha cheesecake and strawberry and yuzu sorbet.
