There's something rather wonderful that happens when a group of curious women get around a table. One question leads to another, opinions are shared, and the conversation takes off.
In Her Glass is Hains & Co's new women-only tasting series, held in the intimate surrounds of Admiral's Quarters, upstairs at Hains & Co in Adelaide.
Each Edition explores a different spirit, wine or drink category, led by accomplished women from the drinks and hospitality industry, including distillers, blenders, brand ambassadors and educators. The series combines high-level drinks education with relaxed conversation, encouraging guests to taste, compare, ask questions and discover what they enjoy.
Edition No. 01: Tequila & Margaritas is led by Natasha Vercoe, Herradura Tequila Educator.
From agave plant to finished spirit, Natasha will explore how tequila is made, the influence of ageing and the differences between blanco, reposado, añejo and extra añejo.
