Graham Redhead, nationally acclaimed cheesemaking educator is running a workshop in Kangaroo Valley. Spend a day in idyllic surrounds making, tasting and learning about cheese. The course covers fundamental cheesemaking principles, as well as more advanced cheesemaking techniques and suits those who are just starting or have previous cheesemaking experience.
