What to expect
In this intimate cooking class led by owner and Italian chef Matteo Carboni, invite you to transform local produce into four fresh pasta recipes (made with different doughs) such as:
Tortelli di Erbette (ricotta and spinach ravioli) Casarecce with Sugo "alla Norma" Spaghetti alla Chitarra Cannoli Siciliani
After the morning in the kitchen, you will be seated in the Enoteca to commence your delicious four-course lunch with dishes you have prepared in the class, with wine and D'Angelo coffee, with dessert!
Classes start at 9am the Italian way with coffee & cake!
