What to expect
As the sun melts into the sea, the historic estate transforms into one of Adelaide's most enchanting evening settings.
This summer, Carrick Hill invites you to experience the very best of Carrick Hill with Sunset Sessions — three unforgettable twilight events.
Sip a drink on the garden terrace or relax on the lawns while enjoying the stunning twilight views and DJ vibes. Grab casual food and drinks at the Garden Bar, or book a table at Rozelle's for the full à la carte experience.
Explore the House Museum or wander through the gardens, Sunset Sessions are the perfect way to experience Carrick Hill in its most beautiful light.
Make the most of your evening at the Sunset Sessions and book in a gin tasting with Little Juniper. You will be able to try 3 of their gins including 'The Carrick', a gin specially made for Carrick Hill. Available on select dates only.
Keep an eye on the Carrick Hill website for additional talks, activities, and special highlights on the night.
