Parkrun is a free, weekly five kilometre timed event enjoyed by millions around the world, and it's right here in Benalla. Set in the beautiful surrounds of the Benalla Botanical Gardens, it's the kind of morning that feels good for the body and the soul.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, a first timer, or prefer a relaxed walk, parkrun is for you. There's no pressure, no pace to beat and no judgement. From juniors to lifelong movers, everyone is welcomed and cheered on.
You don't have to run to belong. Walk, jog, stroll or stride, just turn up and take part. It's about community, fresh air and starting the weekend on a positive note.
