Escape to the Greek Islands in this relaxed, three-hour demonstration-based cooking class with Bake and Gather owners, Juan and Justine Corradi.

From crisp village salads and flaky pastries to succulent lemon chicken and a beautiful citrus dessert, you'll discover the techniques that make Greek cooking both delicious and wonderfully uncomplicated.
Throughout the class, Juan and Justine will share plenty of tips, shortcuts and inspiration to help you confidently recreate these authentic dishes at home.
On the menu will be Spanakopita, a traditional spinach and feta pie, Horiatiki, a Greek village salad, Kotopoulo Lemonato, a lemon oregano chicken with potatoes, and Melopita, a Greek yoghurt honey cake.
