Chasing Horizons invites audiences into Ernie Dingo's world, where he shares personal stories and truth-telling drawn from a remarkable life across travel, culture, film, television and visual art. This is a rare opportunity to experience one of Australia's most recognised and respected cultural figures live on stage.
Rising to fame 50 years ago, and now at 70 years of age, this is the first time Ernie has created a live show of this kind. It reveals a lesser-known side of his practice as a visual artist, where painting becomes a way to express his travels, his Aboriginal culture, and his enduring connection to people, country and the horizons that have shaped his life.
